8blok Payments
POS and processing, explained line by line.
We sell and support Shift4 Dine, Square, Clover, Aloha, Micros, and more. The right answer depends on how you actually run things. That's what we figure out first.
Systems we sell and support
A taco shop doesn't operate like a salon.
A food truck doesn't run like a retail store. An auto shop doesn't need the same workflow as a nightclub. So we don't try to push one system on every business.

Dual pricing
Zero processing cost to you. Here's who pays instead.
Dual pricing isn't a trick. It's a legal program that passes the card processing fee to card-paying customers, and cash customers pay the listed price. Signage and receipts have to follow card network and state rules, and we go over those with you before you start. We also tell you when it's NOT the right fit for your business, because sometimes it isn't.
How dual pricing worksYour processing fee on card sales
Example: at 3%, $100,000 a month in card sales costs $36,000 a year in processing. With dual pricing, card customers pay that through the card price, and cash customers pay the cash price.
* When the card price is set to cover the full fee. Still yours: monthly software or equipment fees, any part of the fee you choose not to pass on, and, depending on the system, tips added after the sale. We show you your own numbers before you sign.

Is dual pricing actually legal?
Yes, when it's set up correctly. A lot of restaurants, retail stores, salons, and other businesses use dual pricing. The important part is making sure the signage, receipts, and setup are done properly and stay compliant with card brand and state requirements. And honestly, it's not the right fit for every business. We'll tell you that too.
What's the catch with free hardware?
Usually, free hardware comes attached to a multi-year processing agreement. That's pretty normal in this industry. We just prefer being upfront about it instead of hiding it in the fine print. If you already own compatible hardware, there are sometimes month-to-month options too.
How long does setup take?
Depends on the setup. A smaller business with a simple counter setup can move pretty quickly. Larger restaurants with kitchen printers, handhelds, online ordering, and multiple stations usually take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront instead of overpromising just to get the account.
What does the hardware usually cost?
It really depends on the business and the system. Some places need a basic counter setup. Others need kitchen printers, handhelds, scanners, KDS screens, cash drawers, or multiple terminals. Sometimes hardware is purchased upfront. Sometimes it's included through a processing agreement. We'll walk through the options before anything gets signed.
How do I qualify for the $5,000 bonus?
Restaurants that move to Shift4 Dine from another company's POS and run $30,000 or more a month in card sales can qualify. Call or text us and we'll check yours.
Can I just get my statement reviewed first?
Absolutely. Some owners switch systems. Some don't. A lot of people just want help understanding what they're paying first. We review statements all the time without any pressure attached.
Do I have to switch processors to work with you?
Not always. It depends on the system, the hardware, and what you're trying to do. Some setups are flexible. Others are a lot more locked down. We'll tell you what's realistic instead of pretending every system works with everything.
Who do I call if something breaks?
Call or text us. And if a manufacturer, processor or software company needs to be involved too, we help coordinate that so you're not stuck trying to figure everything out while your business is busy.
